Volunteer with PPQA

Join us on Saturday, May 18th for Picture Perfect Queen Anne’s One Seattle Day of Service event! We’ll be gardening, sweeping the Galer Stairs, sidewalks and curbsides and sprucing up Queen Anne Avenue from Galer to McGraw.

Picture Perfect Queen Anne is an all-volunteer organization. It’s volunteers who keep the organization running and the gardens along Queen Anne Avenue thriving.

We always want more folks to garden with us. Please know you have a standing invitation to join a garden work party. Everyone has a green thumb, whether you think you do or not. If you can dig in the dirt with a trowel, you can garden. We have two work parties a year, one in the spring, the other in the fall. We prune, weed, remove spent plants, add new ones, and mulch the garden beds.  Put your skills to work, make new friends, and keep the gardens well tended. Volunteers of all ages welcome!

We also have a need for volunteers to amplify PPQA’s presence on social media, help with administrative tasks, and create our quarterly newsletter.
